Allianz Leadership Program
Description
Allianz Australia identified a gap in their leadership capabilities and built a program to set about turning this around by 2020.
We worked closely with Allianz's communications and human resources teams to bring the program to life.
Results
We developed a visual language, copywriting and photography that broke the corporate mould and connected with employees firstly as humans to promote engagement with the business aspirations and the role of leaders in bringing this to life for themselves and their people.
The program is ongoing and continues to evolve to meet the needs of the business and it's people.
